Maintain accurate records of inward and outward material.
Ensure proper stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with records.
Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials.
Maintain FIFO / LIFO as per company policy.
Prevent material damage, loss, or pilferage.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and stock registers.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Coordinate with accounts for bill verification and stock valuation.
Maintain proper documentation for audits.
Coordinate with Purchase for material requirements and shortages.
Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.
Coordinate with logistics for dispatch and receipt of materials.
Communicate stock status to management regularly.
Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
Ensure compliance with audit and statutory requirements.
Implement best practices in store management.
Strong knowledge of inventory management
Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP/Tally preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage workload and priorities
Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
2–5 years of experience as Store In-Charge / Store Executive
Experience in manufacturing / warehouse / retail environment preferred
