Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Quality Supervisor who can monitor, inspect, and improve product quality at our Air Cooler Manufacturing plant. The candidate will ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards and comply with industry specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily quality inspection activities on the production floor.

• Conduct in-process and final quality checks of air cooler parts and finished products.

• Monitor material quality — plastic, metal body, motors, pumps, wiring components, etc.

• Identify defects, document issues, and ensure corrective actions are taken.

• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and testing data.

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure manufacturing standards are met.

• Implement and follow SOPs, quality guidelines, and safety protocols.

• Train workers on quality standards and improvement techniques.

• Conduct audits for incoming raw materials and vendor-supplied components.

• Ensure products meet company specifications before dispatch.
  

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality processes.

• Experience working in an Air Cooler, Home Appliances, or similar mechanical plant.

• Ability to detect defects and take corrective actions quickly.

• Knowledge of instruments: Vernier, Micrometer, Amp meter, Multimeter, etc.

• Good analytical and documentation skills.

• Leadership skills to manage quality inspectors and workers.
