
Job Description:
1. PROCESS AUDITSShould be conducting process audits in hubs and working jointly with operations on
closure of the Nonconformance raised in the audits. Should work on improvement of processes and hygiene
in the hub.
2. QUALITY AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT –
Driving QMS initiatives along with functional teams to formulize a robust processes and
systems with proper SOPs,
WI, Records, Reports, Forms etc. in a standardized manner. To make sure seller
escalations, hub escalations are
reviewed properly through structured problem-solving approach. Identifying the root
cause, corrective action,
preventive action etc. along with regional operation teams under proper CAPA framework
leading to customer
satisfaction
Working in cordially with Manager and Operations in formation of Corrective and Preventive
Actions for Repeated
NC’s, Also build up case study where in required for Process loopholes Involving teams for
implementation of
Action plans in coordination with Operations
3. SELLER EXPERIENCE–
Would be conducting seller audits for the suspected sellers and get them actioned
identifying the gaps which they
are misusing. Listening the pain of sellers and work on fixing the problem faced by them to
ensure seller
experience is not getting impacted. WM (Delivery executives) should be checked if they are
following processes
and not creating seller pain.
4. REPORTS AND FOLLOW UP -
Ensure daily audits are done and data capturing and report published on time
