What You’ll Do

• Manage sourcing of all restaurant, hotel or food businesses.

• Conduct RFIs, RFQs and recommend vendors based on qualification criteria

• Manage a pool of supply partners supplying materials and ensure that they are delivering results.

• Ability to source from domestic & international vendor partners

• Aid in implementing digital tools for management of vendors. 

• Manage the P2P process from ordering till payment has been done.

• Monitor timely dispatch of materials from supply partners based on dispatch plans.

• Ensure product sourced is per agreed specifications and Quality standards.

• Identify cost reduction opportunities and implement them as and where required.

• Enable all paperwork & create a flawless sourcing process. 

Who You Are

• 2-4 years of work experience in sourcing and supply chain management. 

• You are trustworthy and would love to be part of a team that values your input.

• You work with the highest level of integrity and honesty.

• You solve problems on the fly.

• You love devising and improving processes.

• Ideally, you have practical experience & knowledge with sourcing in the food and beverage space. 

• Good understanding of the business environment & warehouse operations

• Good  written and communication skills

• You admit mistakes openly, learn from them and work well in a team.

• You are data oriented and can identify patterns and trends from data.

• You are organised and meticulous 

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
