Key responsibilities
Project Coordination:
Manage project planning and execution from start to finish.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to align project milestones and goals.
Ensure timely conversion of invoices to Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
Vendor Management:
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of required assets.
Ensure Purchase Orders (POs) are raised in advance for assigned sites.
Track and maintain records of all asset deliveries.
Process vendor payments and perform reconciliation with accounting books.
Asset and Facility Management:
Track and report on existing asset metrics to reduce costs.
Oversee maintenance and administration of building-related issues, including utilities, electrical, and security systems.
Manage budgets for operational expenditures (OpEx) and capital expenditures (Capex).
Implementation and Support:
Support initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction through project deliverables.
Ensure a smooth transition for projects into daily operations.
Collaborate with project managers to identify potential issues and risks.
Assist with staff management and provide coaching as needed.
