We are looking for dedicated and responsible Picker & Packer staff aged from 18 to 35 years or less for joining warehouse and logistics team.

Work involves handling warehouse operations, accurately picking, packing, and dispatching orders on time.

Job Type: Full-time ( Must work 6 days a week upto 9 hours )

Location: Cities of Bharat.

Average Salary: Rs.11000 to Rs.17000 (As per company norms) + Rs.8000 (incentives if applicable) incentive available on working without leaves and for good work performance and you will not work alone you will have team of approx 10 to 50 or more people.

1st Shift 4 AM – 1 PM or 5 AM – 2 PM

2nd Shift 1 PM – 10 PM or 2 PM – 11 PM

3rd Shift 4 PM – 1 AM or 5 PM – 2 AM

4th Shift 9 PM – 6 AM or 10 PM – 7 AM

Key Responsibilities

Verify product information, quantity, and quality before packing.

Pick items from shelves or storage areas based on order lists.

Pack products securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage.

Label and arrange packed items for dispatch.

Properly arrange the warehouse products and do some cleaning if needed.

Assist in loading and unloading goods as required.

Report any damaged or missing items to supervisors.

Follow safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.

Requirements

Minimum 10th pass.

Be kind and respectful and Wear neat and good dress and shoes.

Must be Physically fit to handle moderate lifting and movement.

Must stay within 6 KM from warehouse. (location(s) of warehouse maybe provided after we find nearest warehouse for your location)

Basic understanding of grocery and shopping products and warehouse operations.

Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Punctual, disciplined, and willing to work.
