Accurately pack all food orders as per standard portioning and packaging guidelines.
Ensure correct labeling of items, order numbers, and special instructions.
Maintain food quality and temperature while packing.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure all items for an order are complete.
Check for missing items, spills, or incorrect packing before handing over to delivery partners.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the packing station at all times.
Ensure all packaging materials (containers, boxes, bags, cutlery, tissues) are stocked and organized.
Follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) for packaging material usage.
Report any shortages of materials or quality issues to the supervisor.
Support with inventory counting of packaging items when required.
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
Basic communication and understanding of order details.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (training can be provided).
Prior experience in packaging or restaurant operations is an advantage.
