We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our fresh food production for refrigerated vending machines. The role involves managing ordering, production planning, kitchen operations, staff, inventory, and dispatch to ensure smooth, timely, and quality-driven execution -- Key Responsibilitie Production Planning: Plan daily and weekly production schedules for salads, sandwiches, wraps, and other fresh items Ordering & Procurement: Manage raw material ordering based on forecast and inventory levels Kitchen Operations: Oversee food preparation processes, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and ensure recipe consistency Restaurant/Food Line Experience: Apply kitchen/restaurant operations knowledge to improve efficiency and quality Staff Management: Handle staffing schedules, supervise kitchen and packing staff, and ensure proper training Inventory Management: Track stock levels of raw materials and packaging; implement FIFO, reduce wastage, and maintain accurate records Dispatch & Logistics: Ensure timely dispatch of items to vending machines and manage delivery coordination Quality Control: Monitor freshness, portioning, product quality, and compliance with food safety guidelines Reporting: Maintain daily production, wastage, inventory, and dispatch reports Operational Improvements: Identify gaps and help improve processes, cost efficiency, and overall productivity -- Requirement 2–5 years of experience in kitchen operations, restaurant management, food production, or FMCG operations Strong knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and production processes Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills (Excel/Sheets preferred)
