Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Operations Manager – Order Processing to oversee and streamline our end-to-end order management processes. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment, improving operational efficiency, managing cross-functional communication, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire order processing workflow from order receipt to final delivery.

• Ensure orders are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with customer requirements and internal SLAs.

• Monitor and improve KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfilment cycle time, and on-time delivery.

• Lead and develop a team of order processing specialists or coordinators.

• Collaborate with sales, logistics, warehouse, finance, and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues.

• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the order management process and implement improvements.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order processing.

• Manage ERP or order management systems to ensure proper order tracking and data accuracy.

• Analyse order trends and provide operational forecasts and reports to senior management.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards applicable to order processing.

• Handle escalations and resolve customer order complaints quickly and professionally.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in order processing, fulfilment, or operations management.

• Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.

• Strong knowledge of ERP/order management systems.

• Familiarity with logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations is a plus.

• Proven ability to analyse processes, implement improvements, and drive results.
