Job Title : Operations Executive

Location : Kilpauk, Chennai

Reporting To : Operations Manager / Managing Director

Working Days: Monday - Saturday (6 Days working)

Working time: 10 AM - 7PM

Job Summary:

The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day logistics, documentation, and coordination activities to ensure smooth execution of commodity trading and TNCSC supply operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate procurement, warehousing, and dispatch of goods as per contracts.

• Manage end-to-end logistics, including transport arrangements and tracking.

• Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and government supply documentation.

• Liaise with transporters to ensure timely dispatches and optimize logistics costs.

• Liaise with TNCSC officials, suppliers, and transporters for timely execution.

• Maintain accurate stock records and daily MIS reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory norms.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce / Business Administration.

• Strong Communication skills

• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
