Responsibilities As Operations Support Lead :
Driver Management & Coordination
-Coordinate with Ambassadors (field staff) for vehicle pick-up and drop-off services.
Hire and onboard drivers in line with operational needs. Assist In mobile App training for field staff
Service Centre Coordination
· Monitor task /booking progress, route updates, and timely task completion & ensure seamless coordination for vehicle movement and minimize delays.
Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with assigned service centres
· Reporting & MIS
Handle backend operations via our service portal and CRM
Maintain daily/weekly / Monthly etc operational MIS and reports for productivity review

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred) , 2–4 years of experience in support, logistics, or operations role
Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
Good command of basic computer tools (Excel, email, WhatsApp, CRMs)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Experience in managing field teams or blue-collar staff is a plus
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
