We are looking for a Office Admin to join our Events team at White . This role involves managing the Event warehouse, taking inventory of event props, packaging of event material, dispatch and receiving the stock along with loading, unloading . This position offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, pack and dispatch goods while maintaining stock records.

• Packaging, loading and unloading of event items

• Make sure that event material is labelled accurately and stored in the right condition in the warehouse and dispatched and delivered at the right addresses to the right people with promptness.

• Looking after the office supplies, cleanliness, any fixing that needs to be done around the office efficiently.

• Process all receipts and inventory updates promptly.

Job Requirements:

Candidate needs to have worked at an event management company.

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
