Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
Manage daily order fulfilment with accuracy and speed in coordination with the warehouse team.
Ensure SLA adherence, timely dispatch, and seamless delivery experience for clients across India.
Build, manage, and evaluate relationships with logistics partners, courier services, and supply chain vendors.
Track shipment status, troubleshoot delays, and proactively resolve service issues.
Implement SOPs, process optimisation, and cost-efficiency strategies across logistics workflow.
Forecast inventory requirements and plan dispatch schedules based on order load.
Handle multi-city deliveries for corporate orders, bulk shipments, and event-based dispatches.
Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor and report weekly logistics metrics including TAT, cost per shipment, delivery accuracy, and partner performance.
Improve packaging standards and reduce logistics errors through quality checks and audits.
Requirements
4–7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse management, or e-commerce operations.
Strong understanding of courier operations, 3PL partners, and nationwide dispatch processes.
Ability to handle bulk orders, tight timelines, and fast-paced startup workflows.
Proven experience in managing vendors, negotiating rates, and optimizing logistics costs.
Hands-on experience with logistics software, tracking tools, or WMS is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
