ERP & Process Owner – Logistics Operations

We are a growing road logistics company running real daily volume across operations, billing, and delivery closures.
This is not an HR, reporting, or PowerPoint role.

We’re looking for someone who can own ERP implementation, stabilize it, and enforce process discipline on the ground.

What you will own

End-to-end ERP rollout, stabilization, and adoption
Mapping operations → SOPs → system workflows
Data accuracy across trips, PODs, billing, and closures
Coordination with ERP vendor for configs, fixes, and upgrades
Training supervisors and ensuring daily system usage
Reducing billing delays and operational firefighting

Ownership here means outcomes, not just follow-ups.
