Responsibilities
1.Plan and execute daily/weekly dispatch schedules to ensure on-time delivery to distributors, HORECA clients, and other partners.
2.Manage and monitor transportation modes (road, cold chain logistics, etc.) to ensure safe and cost-effective delivery of frozen products.
3.Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams for inventory and supply planning.
4.Ensure accurate documentation related to dispatch, invoicing, and transportation.
5.Track shipments, resolve delivery-related issues, and maintain communication with transporters and vendors.
6.Implement and monitor SOPs for storage, loading, and dispatch of frozen food products.
7.Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality.
8.Maintain records of dispatches, transport expenses, and logistics performance metrics.
9.Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations during handling and transportation.
