Job Summary

Course Connect is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize logistics operations related to course delivery, materials distribution, vendor coordination, and supply chain management. The role ensures smooth end-to-end logistics support for training programs while maintaining cost efficiency, timeliness, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics operations for course materials, equipment, and resources

• Oversee procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution processes

• Coordinate with vendors, transport partners, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries

• Manage logistics schedules aligned with course timelines and training calendars

• Monitor logistics costs and implement cost-optimization strategies

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

• Track shipments, resolve delays, and handle escalations efficiently

• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and reports

• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

• Support course execution teams with on-ground logistics requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven experience (3–6 years) as a Logistics Manager or similar role

• Strong knowledge of supply chain, transportation, and inventory management

• Experience coordinating with multiple vendors and stakeholders

• Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics/ERP software

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in education, training, or course-delivery logistics

• Knowledge of domestic and/or international shipping regulations

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
