Zodiac Express Pvt. Ltd., a leading last-mile delivery partner for Amazon, is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager – Operations to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple branches.

Monitor daily performance of delivery associates (bike/van riders) and resolve route-level issue

Create strategies to improve delivery speed and overall efficiency.

Make sure financial and operational resources are managed properly and used wisely.

Candidate preferred from the E-Commerce Industry (preferably Shadowfax, Flipkart , Amazon, Xpressbees, Delhivery)

Strong manpower handling skills

Conduct morning briefings and assist in training delivery associates.

Ensure operational compliance with safety and quality standards.
