We are looking for a Labour Supervisor to join our team atGuruji polymers.Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating labour. and. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹60000.

Key Responsibilities:

Only hire unskilled labour man and woman.

Help equipment operators, and other unskilled labor when necessary.

Load/unload construction materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.
Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 5 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
