key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Procurement:
Identify and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Inventory Management:
Optimize inventory levels, minimize storage costs, and prevent stockouts in stock room & in stores
Logistics and Distribution:
Plan and execute the efficient movement of goods from suppliers to stock room & Stock room to Stores
Collaboration and Communication:
Work with internal teams Production 1, Production 2, Dispatch, Stores and ensure stock is moved without any loss. Make sure billing is done right daily, sales are processed correctly.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and identify areas for improvement in stock & tally the inventory movement daily.

• Proficiency in supply chain management software and systems.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Understanding of various supply chain processes and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work with excel and create data & charts.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) may be preferred.
