Job Summary:
The Inventory Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the inventory of multiple car brands across all dealership locations. This role ensures accurate stock levels, efficient vehicle movement, and timely reporting to support sales and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records for all vehicle brands.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for timely replenishment.
Track vehicle arrivals, deliveries, and inter-branch transfers.
Conduct regular audits to verify physical stock against system records.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reports.
Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and recommend stock adjustments.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer requirements.
Manage documentation related to vehicle registration, invoicing, and dispatch.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in automotive inventory management (multi-brand preferred).
Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (e.g., DMS/ERP).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
