Job Summary

We are looking for a Inventory or Dispatch Executive to join our team at Vinsa Chemicals. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers 15000 to 25000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and dispatch orders while keeping stock records up-to-date.

• Store goods properly in the warehouse and ensure all items are labeled correctly.

• Check the quality of goods before dispatch.

• Train workers to handle materials safely, including hazardous items.

• Monitor and update inventory regularly.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12 Pass / Graduate and 1 to 3 years. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role

• Strong knowledge of inventory management software/ERP (EXCEL, Tally )

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and leadership abilities

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
