The Inventory Executive will be responsible for packaging finished goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, handling return parcel entries, and ensuring proper documentation and stock control. The role requires attention to detail, coordination with logistics teams, and maintaining accurate records in both physical and system formats.
Perform packaging of products as per company standards and dispatch requirements
Maintain accurate inventory records of incoming and outgoing stock
Update stock entries in inventory management systems or Excel sheets
Handle return parcels, verify items, and record return entries accurately
Conduct regular stock checks and assist in physical stock audits
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory
Maintain records related to packaging materials and stock usage
Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations
Identify and report stock discrepancies or damaged goods
Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures
Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
Proficiency in MS Excel or inventory software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle physical work related to packaging and stock movement
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
Basic communication and coordination skills
Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (preferred)
Minimum 6 months of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations (preferred)
Accuracy of inventory records
Timely packaging and dispatch
Proper handling and recording of return parcels
Compliance with inventory procedures
