Job Description – Inventory Executive (Night Shift)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Executive who has managed inventory not only within a single warehouse but also across multiple warehouses remotely. The candidate must be skilled in creating and maintaining clear, accurate inventory reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience with different CRMs (Customer/Inventory Management Systems) and must be able to quickly adapt to and operate any CRM used by the company.

This is a night-shift role, and the candidate must be comfortable working overnight on rotating weekly schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory across multiple warehouses remotely.

• Work with and adapt to different CRMs for inventory tracking and reporting.

• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure consistency between different warehouse reports.

• Prepare, analyze, and share structured inventory reports.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies (missing items, mismatched data, reporting errors).

• Track stock movement, availability, and missing reports, escalating issues as required.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff and ensure timely updates of data.

• Ensure all reports are updated daily/weekly as per company requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably across multiple warehouses.

• Hands-on experience with different CRMs and ability to learn/adapt to new systems quickly.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (basic & advanced formulas) and Google Sheets.

• Ability to prepare accurate, clear inventory reports.

• Basic English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset for detecting discrepancies.

• Ability to work independently during night shifts.

Shift & Work Schedule

• Night Shifts (rotational):

  • 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM OR

  • 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Weekly schedule: 6 days one week, 5 days the next week (alternating).

Compensation

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (all-inclusive, based on experience and skills).
