We are looking for a Import Export Executive to join our team at . This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation Preparation & Filing:
o Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, COO (Certificate of Origin), and other shipping documentation required for pre-shipment processes.
o Handle checklist filing and ensure accuracy in documentation.
2. Shipping Coordination:
o Assist shipping agents in filing shipping documents such as checklists and Bills of Entry (BOE)
o Obtain shipping rates from agents and ensure cost-effective transportation.

3. E-Sanchit & Compliance Management:
o Prepare and manage E-Sanchit documents, including SDF, EVD, VGM, Annex I & II, fumigation certificates, Form A declarations, and self-sealing declarations.
o Ensure proper documentation for customs clearance, including CE certificates.
4. Logistics & Customs Clearance:
o Coordinate with shipping agents for post-shipment documentation and smooth processing.
o Prepare and manage E-way bills for transportation.
o Assist in customs-related queries and ensure seamless clearance procedures.
5. Shipment Tracking & Approval:
o Collect LET (Let Export) shipping bill copies from agents.
o Verify and approve Bill of Lading (BL), Airway Bills (AWB), and coordinate for the release of original BL/AWB.
o Send shipping documents for clearance and follow up until completion.
6. Import Clearance Documentation:
o Maintain knowledge of various Incoterms and their applications.
o Handle export documentation efficiently to ensure regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
