We are looking for a Import Export Documentation Executive for Mumbai Location.

This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹35000 - ₹45000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities & Eligibility:

• 6 to 10 years of experience in end to end Export Import process and documentations.

• Prepare pre-shipment & post shipment documents and forms to move goods efficiently through

  import and export steps and procedures.

• Prepare documents as per Banks and Customer requirement

• Follow up with Banks and customers & CHA for shipments.

• Check the quality of goods before dispatch.

• Knowledge of Renewal of documents i.e. IEC, RCMC, LUT NO, UIN, Factory stuffing permissions.

• Knowledge and Experience of Export shipment Movements in CFS / ICD and have good contact of

  various CFS.

• Knowledge & experience of Factory stuffing/Dock Stuffing Export procedure and have skill to

  manage good relationship with factory staff, CHA, Shipping Line staff and transportersMonitor and update inventory regularly.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate or r Diploma in Export Import Management and 4 - 6 years of experience. Other requirements include candidates with chemical background, organizing skills, and managing time.
