Build targeted lists (100+ accounts/quarter) via LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, trade portals (IndiaMART/Thomasnet/GlobalSpec), agents, and trade-show leads.
Multi-touch outreach (email/call/LinkedIn/WhatsApp) with 5-step cadence; book discovery calls and NDAs.
Deal Execution
Qualify RFQs (volumes, drawings/tolerances, material/finish, quality docs), choose Incoterms, prepare quotes with costing team, and negotiate MOQs/price/payment terms.
Drive samples/NPI, approvals, and first-article buy-offs; convert to long-term POs.
Internal Coordination
Work with Estimation/Production/QA/Logistics on capacity, lead times, PPAP/COC/MTC, packing, and dispatch.
3–7 years international B2B sales in manufacturing (fasteners/precision components preferred).
Strong written/spoken English, pricing & Incoterms 2020, ability to read basic drawings/specs (ISO/DIN/ASTM; coatings/plating).
