Job Title: Forklift Operator – Government Project

Location: Pratap Nagar, Vadodara, Gujarat
Salary: ₹17,000 In-hand + PF
Job Type: Full-time (Government Project)

About the Role:

We are hiring a Forklift Operator to join our team for a Government Project in Vadodara (Pratap Nagar). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to transport materials and goods across the site. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring safety standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials as per the project requirements.

• Safely transport materials to different locations within the site.

• Ensure proper handling of goods to avoid damage.

• Perform daily inspection and maintenance checks on the forklift.

• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the safe operation of all equipment.

• Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure timely material handling and delivery.

• Follow instructions from senior staff and complete tasks as required.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and government project guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator.

• Valid forklift certification or license (if applicable).

• Prior experience working on construction or government project sites is a plus.

• Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.

• Strong understanding of safety protocols in handling heavy equipment.

• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.

• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
