We are looking for a Fleet Manager to join our team at Indics Solution. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for career growth.
Job Role :

1. Fleet Management: Supervise day-to-day fleet operations to ensure all vehicles are operational and optimally utilized.

2. Driver Coordination: Maintain daily communication with drivers to monitor truck status, operational movement, and any mechanical issues.

3. Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute periodic maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns and ensure longer vehicle life.

4. Breakdown Management: Be readily available to provide immediate coordination and on-ground or remote support in case of any vehicle breakdown.

5. Data Management: Record and update kilometres driven, fuel usage, and maintenance details in the ERP system with complete accuracy.

6. Cost & Downtime Tracking: Maintain detailed records of maintenance costs, downtime per vehicle, and frequency of breakdowns for performance monitoring. 7. Parts Tracking & Repair Analysis: Track repaired/replaced vehicle parts, maintain a history of repairs, and identify recurring issues for the same vehicles to ensure rootcause analysis and cost control.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th /Diploma / Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
