Job Title: Factory Supervisor / Production Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day production of sofa covers, cushion covers, curtains, and other home furnishing products.
The ideal candidate should have experience managing tailors, cutting masters, and helpers, ensuring timely, high-quality production with minimal fabric wastage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the entire production process — cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and dispatch.

• Assign daily tasks to tailors and helpers, and ensure targets are met on time.

• Ensure each order is completed as per design, measurements, and quality standards.

• Monitor fabric usage and minimize wastage.

• Create daily and weekly production plans based on order lists and deadlines.

• Check accuracy of measurements and patterns before stitching.

• Perform quality control checks on finished products.

• Monitor the condition of machines and tools, and coordinate maintenance when needed.

• Maintain daily production reports and share them with the management team.

• Ensure compliance with factory safety, cleanliness, and discipline standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of experience as a Factory or Production Supervisor (preferably in home furnishing or garment units).

• Strong knowledge of fabric cutting, stitching, and tailoring processes.

• Excellent team management and task planning skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good understanding of quality control and order follow-up.

• Basic reporting and documentation skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in home furnishing, export houses, or stitching production units.

• Knowledge of custom-size products (e.g., 3+1+1 seater, L-shape, and 5-seater sofa covers).

• Strong ability in production scheduling and floor coordination.
