Post : Export Assistant (Logistics dept)

Experience : Freshers or with 1 year experience in handling Export despatches, follow-up with Plant of Production & despatches, Co-ordination with Banks, L/C documentation, MIS Reports of Sales chart, Pending Orders, Export Benefits.

Qualification : B.Com/M.Com/Diploma in EXIM Management.

Salary offered : 3 to 3.5 Lacs p.a.

Location : Mumbai (Ghatkopar)

Job Description :

• Pre shipment documentation

• Post shipment documentation

• Prepare and share Export/Import Documents with CHA on receipt of final Packing List for SB/BOE filling.

• Maintain a Log/Dispatch statement with details information.

• Coordinate with Internal and External stakeholders (Stores, CHA, Transporter and Forwarder) proactively in order to meet the delivery and cut off dates.

• Coordinate with forwarders for final Airway Bill/Bill of Lading (Sea way Bill).

• Import and Export document filling.

• Knowledge of customs procedures, FTA/BTA processes, DGFT processes, GST processes related to Exim.

• ⁠Knowledge of UCP 700 related to L/C documentation process.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
