We are looking for a exporter cordinator to join our team at assurer autoparts. An Export Coordinator manages the entire international shipping process, from order processing to final delivery, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, preparing crucial documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin), coordinating with freight forwarders and carriers, and communicating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely, and legally sound shipment of goods across borders. They are vital for bridging logistics, administration, and customer service in global trade

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify export documents, ensuring adherence to international customs and export laws.

• Logistics Coordination: Book shipments, schedule transport (air/ocean), and track goods from origin to destination.

• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal sales/warehouse teams.

• Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues like delays or documentation errors to prevent disruptions.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate shipping records and analyze data for process improvement

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is gratuateand 6+year. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
