Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Operations Specialist is responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations including product quality checks, inventory management, and handling returns/replacements. The role ensures smooth workflow, accuracy, and compliance with marketplace guidelines (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Website, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Control
Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects, damage, number of units, labelling accuracy, and packaging standards.
Maintain QC checklists and inspection reports.
Ensure products meet brand and marketplace quality standards before dispatch.
2. Return & Replacement Management
Receive and inspect returned items.
Categorize returns (Re-sellable / Repair / Scrap) as per QC guidelines.
Coordinate replacement dispatches and update records in system.
Follow up with marketplaces for return claims or disputes.
3. Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with procurement, customer support, and sales teams.
Prepare daily reports: Returns, and QC issues.
Support improvement of warehouse workflow and SOP adherence.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Experience with e-commerce panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify/Website Admin, etc.)
Knowledge of inventory management & dispatch processes.
Basic computer skills (Excel, email communication).
Attention to detail & accuracy.
Ability to manage workload and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate.
2+ years of experience in E-Commerce Warehouse Operations (preferred).
