ACCOUNTANTS ASSISTANT (INVOICE AND DISPATCH)
JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (INVOICE & DISPATCHER)
JOB LOCAITON: CHANGODAR, AHMEDABAD
EXPERIENCE: 2-YEAR TO 4-YEARS
SALARY RANGE: 15000 TO 24000 PLUS ++
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic Accounting, Invoicing and Documentation: VERY IMPORTANT
🔹 Basic knowledge of accounting (SALES, Purchase, Expense Bill Knowledge Must)
🔹 Prepare GST-compliant invoices
🔹 Generate E-Way Bills
🔹 Email INVOICE, LR to Clients
🔹 Maintain a checklist to verify that all documentation (invoice, e-way bill, challan) is attached before dispatch
FILES Management:
🔹 Maintain organized filing system for invoices, e-way bills, LR copies, related documents
Client and Transporter Communication: VERY IMPORTANT
🔹 To Carry Out Dispatch Co-ordination with Client
🔹 Decide and Coordinate with transport partners
🔹 Co-Ordinate (PORTER, TEMPO, CNG, TRANSPORTER, TRAVELS, and COURIER, ETC)
Payments Follow-Up:
🔹 Follow up with clients for pending payments via what’s App, calls, and emails
🔹 Send timely reminders for payment collection as per agreed terms with clients
General Office Assistance:
🔹 Perform general office routine tasks as and when required.
🔹 Handle email communication and documentation filing in an organized manner
🔹 Support production planning by sharing dispatch schedules and readiness updates
Technical and Computer Skills:
🔹 Proficient in MS Office-EXCEL, Email
🔹 Comfortable with MIRACLE OR TALLY At least One Accounting Software for Generating Bills
