Job Summary

The Dispatch & Loading Executive is responsible for coordinating dispatch operations while also assisting with loading and unloading activities. This role ensures timely dispatch of goods, accurate documentation, safe handling of materials, and smooth communication between warehouse staff, drivers, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch Duties

• Schedule and assign vehicles/drivers for daily deliveries.

• Communicate dispatch instructions and routes to drivers.

• Monitor delivery progress and update customers or supervisors as needed.

• Maintain dispatch records, delivery notes, and logs.

• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch on time.

• Handle customer or client inquiries regarding delivery schedules.

• Resolve on-road or scheduling issues promptly.

Loading & Warehouse Duties

• Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety.

• Check goods against invoices or delivery orders before loading.

• Ensure proper stacking, securing, and handling of materials to avoid damage.

• Use loading equipment (trolleys, pallet jacks, etc.) if required.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in loading and storage areas.

• Report any damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or loading operations preferred.

• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely (as per safety guidelines).

• Knowledge of routes, maps, and GPS tools.

• Basic computer skills (Excel, dispatch or warehouse software).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
