Job Description:

Role Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage order processing tasks. The role involves entering orders, coordinating with dispatch teams, and ensuring timely shipment through internal systems and courier portals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process and update orders in ERP/excel and e-commerce platforms.

· Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for order dispatch.

· Generate invoices and shipping labels.

· Track shipments and maintain accurate records.

· Assist with basic customer/order queries

Qualifications:

· Minimum: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.

· 1–2 years of experience in data entry, back office, or e-commerce order processing preferred.

· Knowledge of courier tracking and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
