Mobility Support: Help residents move around safely, transfer between bed and wheelchair, and accompany them during light walks or exercise.
Medication & Basic Health Tracking: Ensure timely administration of prescribed medications as per schedule and assist with basic vital monitoring (blood pressure, temperature, blood sugar).
Meal & Feeding Support: Assist with serving meals, feeding (if required), and ensuring proper hydration and dietary routines.
Companionship & Emotional Support: Engage with residents respectfully, offer companionship, and maintain a calm, positive, and supportive environment.
Hygiene & Environment: Ensure the resident’s living space and bed area remain clean, tidy, and sanitized.
Reporting & Emergency Response: Promptly report any changes in physical or mental health conditions to doctors, senior medical staff, or family members.
