Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Hostel Warden to manage day-to-day hostel operations. The candidate should ensure smooth functioning, maintain discipline, and provide a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hostel operations and administration

• Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to hostel rules

• Handle resident queries, complaints, and concerns

• Maintain records of residents, attendance, and visitors

• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of the hostel premises

• Monitor entry/exit of residents and visitors

• Prepare reports and maintain documentation as required

Requirements:

• Marathi Typing is mandatory

• Fluency in Marathi speaking is mandatory

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong monitoring and management ability

• Prior experience in hostel/warden/admin role preferred

Qualification:
