Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Utility Staff to support the day-to-day operations of our restaurant/café. The ideal candidate should be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting the kitchen team, and ensuring a hygienic and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and workstations.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, washrooms, and other assigned areas.
Assist the kitchen staff with basic preparation and support tasks as required.
Dispose of waste and ensure proper garbage segregation.
Refill cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Support opening and closing cleaning duties.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
Assist other team members during busy operational hours.
Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or cloud kitchen is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene practices.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Honest, disciplined, and a good team player.
