Role Overview

We are looking for a well-groomed, friendly, and guest-oriented Hostess to create a warm first impression and deliver a premium hospitality experience at Baan Phadthai.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.

• Manage reservations, guest enquiries, and table allocations.

• Coordinate seating arrangements and maintain smooth guest flow.

• Manage waiting lists and communicate wait times clearly.

• Coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Handle guest requests and basic complaints professionally.

• Maintain professional grooming and follow hospitality standards.

• Ensure the entrance and reception area remain clean and organized.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong guest-handling and customer-service skills.

• Professional grooming and a pleasant personality.

• Good coordination, multitasking, and time-management skills.

• Previous experience in a premium restaurant, fine dining, or luxury hospitality is preferred.

• Freshers with a positive attitude and strong communication skills may also apply.
