Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly and polite service.

• Explain the menu and take customer orders accurately.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages as per company standards.

• Pack takeaway and delivery orders correctly.

• Handle billing and cash/card payments when required.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, kitchen, and service area.

• Follow food safety, quality, and hygiene standards.

• Check orders before serving to ensure accuracy.

• Support the kitchen and restaurant team during busy hours.

• Refill food, packaging, and other required supplies.

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic service issues politely.

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• Follow company rules, safety procedures, and daily operational guidelines.
