Position Overview

The Waiter/Service Staff will be responsible for serving customers efficiently, maintaining cleanliness in the dining and counter areas, handling orders, and ensuring a pleasant experience for every visitor. This role requires good communication skills, politeness, and a positive attitude towards customers and teammates.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and respectful attitude.

• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/counter staff.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and neatly.

• Handle dine-in and take-away service as instructed.

• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and counters.

• Refill water, sauces, and accompaniments as needed.

• Assist in packing and billing during rush hours.

• Report any customer complaints or issues to the manager immediately.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and uniform standards at all times.

• Support other team members when required (especially during peak hours).

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 8th pass (10th preferred).

• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers are welcome; training will be provided).

• Gender: Male & Female candidates preferred (local or nearby areas).

• Age Limit: 18–35 years.

• Language Skills: Basic Hindi communication required; polite customer interaction is a must.
