Role Overview:

We are looking for a polite, friendly, and attentive Waiter to join our team. The Waiter will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an excellent dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.

• Present menu and answer questions about menu items.

• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.

• Handle customer requests and complaints politely and efficiently.

• Process bills and payments as per company procedures.

• Maintain hygiene and follow restaurant safety standards.
