The Senior Team Member is responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the QSR outlet while maintaining high standards of customer service, product quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency. The role involves supervising and guiding Team Members during shifts, ensuring proper adherence to company SOPs, food safety standards, grooming, and cleanliness requirements. The Senior Team Member is responsible for ensuring order accuracy, supporting POS and cash handling, monitoring inventory and stock availability, controlling product wastage through proper portion control and FIFO/FEFO practices, and promoting sales through effective upselling. The individual will also assist in training new employees, resolving minor customer and operational issues, maintaining team discipline and punctuality, and supporting the Shift Manager or Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, service, operational, and customer satisfaction targets.
