Butler/Homecook/Assistant

• Oversee and deliver personalized service to the employer, family members, or guests.

• Manage daily household or suite operations, including meal service, housekeeping coordination, and event support.

• Supervise household staff (housekeepers, chefs, chauffeurs, etc.) when required.

• Set tables, serve meals and beverages with precision and etiquette.

• Maintain household inventory, including silverware, linens, wine cellar, and supplies.

• Handle wardrobe management, including garment care, packing/unpacking for travel.

• Assist with travel arrangements and guest itineraries.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external service providers.

• Ensure confidentiality, privacy, and security at all times.

• Anticipate needs and preferences of the principal or guests, offering proactive and discreet service.

Key Responsibility :

• Proven experience as a Butler, Personal Assistant, or in luxury hospitality service.

• Strong knowledge of fine dining service, etiquette, and household management.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing schedules.
