Job Title: Restaurant Waiter / Steward / F&B Service Staff

Salary Budget: Up to ₹15,000 per month + Tips

Job Summary

We are hiring Waiters for our Gurgaon restaurant to deliver warm, quick, and courteous service. You will take orders, serve food, handle billing, and ensure guests have a great dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Guest Service

- Greet guests with smile and escort to table. Present menu & take orders

- Suggest specials, upsell beverages/desserts as per SOP

- Serve food & beverages correctly with proper cutlery and hygiene

2. Order Management

- Punch KOT accurately in POS - Petpooja/DotPe/UrbanPiper

- Coordinate with kitchen for order status. Ensure 15-20 min service TAT

- Check food before serving for presentation, temperature, and garnish

3. Table & Floor Maintenance

- Set up tables with cutlery, napkins, condiments before shift

- Clear soiled plates promptly. Wipe tables and reset for next guest

- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant floor, service station, and washroom checks

4. Billing & Cash Handling

- Generate bills, handle cash/card/UPI payments, return change correctly

- Ensure no billing errors. Settle bills in POS and hand over to cashier

5. Hygiene & Grooming

- Follow FSSAI norms. Trimmed nails, hair net/cap, clean uniform, polished shoes

- Daily personal hygiene mandatory. No strong perfume, no chewing gum

6. Team Coordination

- Work with captain, hostess, and kitchen team during peak hours

- Help in opening/closing duties, stock refilling, mis-en-place

Requirements

- Qualification: 10th/12th pass. Hotel Management certificate is plus but not mandatory

- Skills: Basic English + Hindi speaking. Can read menu & KOT

- Attributes: Presentable, polite, good memory, can stand 8-9 hrs, handle pressure

- Experience: 1-2 yrs in restaurant/cafe/banquet.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary :- Upto ₹15,000/month + Tips

Other Benefits:

- Weekly off – rotational

Shift Timings :- 9-10 hour shift. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner shifts as per roster

Examples: 11 AM – 8 PM, 2 PM – 11 PM. Night shift till 12 AM for select outlets

Must-Have for Gurgaon Market

1. Can handle Zomato Dine-in/ Swiggy Dineout customers

2. Basic POS billing knowledge preferred

3. Comfortable dealing with corporate crowd & families

4. Two-wheeler is plus for nearby locations
