The Housekeeping Attendant cum Service Assistant shall be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and providing basic hospitality and food service support within the premises, including guest house, office areas, and dining facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out day-to-day housekeeping activities such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitization of assigned areas including rooms, offices, corridors, and common areas.
Ensure proper upkeep of guest rooms, including bed making, linen changing, and replenishment of toiletries and other amenities.
Assist in food service activities such as serving food, tea/coffee, and refreshments to guests and staff as required.
Support pantry and dining operations, including setting up tables, clearing utensils, and maintaining cleanliness of dining areas.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per company policies and applicable health and safety guidelines.
Handle housekeeping materials, equipment, and consumables responsibly and report shortages or damages to the supervisor.
Assist in loading/unloading and movement of materials related to housekeeping and catering services, if required.
Attend to guest requirements courteously and ensure timely service delivery.
Follow instructions of supervisors and comply with all safety, security, and operational procedures.
Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time in connection with housekeeping and hospitality services.
