Job Title: Restaurant Steward

Job Summary:

We are looking for a courteous and service-oriented Restaurant Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring cleanliness of the dining area, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally

• Ensure tables are clean, set, and presentable at all times

• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests

• Assist guests with menu selections and answer queries politely

• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely service

• Handle guest complaints courteously and inform supervisors when needed

• Maintain hygiene and follow food safety standards

• Support closing and opening duties of the restaurant

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Hotel Management preferred)

• Prior experience as a steward/waiter is an advantage (freshers can apply)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused attitude with a pleasant personality

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service

• It is a Full Time వెయిటర్ / స్టీవార్డ్ job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
