Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our café as Team Members

(Waiter/Steward). The role involves ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests, assisting

baristas, and supporting overall café operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals

looking to grow in the F&B industry and develop hands-on experience in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take orders from guests and serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist baristas in preparing coffees, shakes, mocktails, and other beverages as required.

• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.

• Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the café environment is welcoming.

• Support inventory and stock management, including replenishing supplies when needed.

• Provide excellent guest service, attend to guest queries, and ensure a positive dining

experience.

• Collaborate with café staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred but not mandatory.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong team player with a customer-first attitude.

• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced café environment.
