Job Summary

The Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food as per company standards, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take customer orders accurately and process them efficiently.

• Address customer queries and resolve complaints courteously.

• Ensure an excellent dining experience for every guest.

Food Preparation & Service

• Prepare food items according to standard recipes and SOPs.

• Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.

• Serve food and beverages promptly.

• Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Restaurant Operations

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and workstations.

• Assist in opening and closing restaurant operations.

• Refill stock and maintain inventory as instructed.

• Operate billing/POS systems accurately.

• Follow all company SOPs and operational guidelines.

Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of food items.

• Report any equipment malfunction or safety concerns immediately.

• Comply with all food safety and workplace safety standards.

Teamwork

• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service staff.

• Support team members during peak hours and busy shifts.

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

• Participate in training sessions and implement feedback.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or 12th Pass.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Basic customer service skills.

• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
