Job Summary
The Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food as per company standards, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and process them efficiently.
Address customer queries and resolve complaints courteously.
Ensure an excellent dining experience for every guest.
Food Preparation & Service
Prepare food items according to standard recipes and SOPs.
Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
Serve food and beverages promptly.
Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
Restaurant Operations
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and workstations.
Assist in opening and closing restaurant operations.
Refill stock and maintain inventory as instructed.
Operate billing/POS systems accurately.
Follow all company SOPs and operational guidelines.
Hygiene & Safety
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
Ensure proper handling and storage of food items.
Report any equipment malfunction or safety concerns immediately.
Comply with all food safety and workplace safety standards.
Teamwork
Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service staff.
Support team members during peak hours and busy shifts.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Participate in training sessions and implement feedback.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or 12th Pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Basic customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
