Job Summary:
The Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages as per company standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and supporting smooth day-to-day outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and assist with menu information.
Ensure quick and efficient service to customers.
Handle customer queries and escalate concerns when required.
Food Preparation & Service
Prepare and serve food and beverages as per SOPs.
Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion standards.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Outlet Operations
Support daily outlet operations during shifts.
Assist in opening and closing activities.
Ensure proper use of equipment and workstations.
Hygiene & Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and service areas.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Ensure personal grooming and hygiene standards are maintained.
Inventory & Stock Handling
Assist in stock receiving and storage.
Ensure proper handling of raw materials and products.
Minimize wastage and report stock shortages.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills
Customer service orientation
Teamwork and coordination
Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification:
Minimum 10th Pass / Intermediate preferred
Experience:
Freshers can apply
Prior QSR or restaurant experience is an added advantage
Working Conditions:
Rotational shifts
Weekend and holiday availability required
Standing for long hours may be required
